At Dr. Melaxin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

In the same condition as when you received it

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please contact our customer service team at support@melaxin.ca before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@melaxin.ca with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned.
